See.ke is a small product and automation team. The people who scope the work are close to the people who build, test, and maintain it. There is no handoff to a delivery department after the call.
The short version of the “why”: building software got cheap and we’re fast at it. When the build cost is low, pricing against the value created beats billing for hours, for both sides. Tying the fee to your savings, and backing it with a refund, keeps us pointed at work that actually pays off instead of billable busywork.
We’re early, and we say so plainly. That is exactly why the model works the way it does: the guarantee sits where our track record isn’t yet. You don’t take the risk on a young firm; we do.
